Support Coordinator / Occupational Therapist / Recovery Coach
The Role

We are currently seeking a Support Coordinator, Recovery Coach and/or Occupational Therapist in the Perth central-south metro area, dedicated to assisting NDIS Participants.

The Support Coordinator role involves orchestrating support services to bolster Participants' capacity and resilience, fostering partnerships that enable individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives using a customised support plan.

In parallel, the NDIS Recovery Coach role also focuses on enhancing capacity and resilience, specifically catering to individuals with psychosocial disabilities, supporting their mental health Recovery Plan through periods of varying support needs.

Both entail collaborative work with participants, families, caregivers, and services to strategise and coordinate effective support.

The position emphasises delivering top-notch service while meeting efficiency benchmarks. Carelabs Services prioritises comprehensive staff support, offering specialised training, ongoing mentoring, team development opportunities, and a budget for individual training and growth to meet the role's demands.

This remote position requires occasional face-to-face meetings with Participants, with a minimum availability of 2 days a week. Regular online team meetings and a robust digital team presence are integral to this role.

Candidates should anticipate non client-facing responsibilities, following specific guidelines and processes, and efficiently managing operational requirements from a home-based setup.
